Change and feed at 8 am.
Play and have activities until lunch, unless they still take a morning nap, in that case nap around 10 am for about an hour.
Lunch around 12-12:30
Afternoon nap from 1-3
Up at 3 for change and play time
Snack at 3:30
More activities until dinner around 6pm, books, blocks, an outing with mom, whatever
Bath and bedtime routine so that baby is in bed no later than 8 pm.
This is what I did for my daughter and the basic routine that I have for the kids I keep in my home day care.
