I work with this lady and she is my senior in work, i sent her an sms telling her that work is boring when she is not around, but now she is ignoring my sms, and when i asked lunch from her she gave it to me in tupperware, rather than letting me eat with her at her house, what does she have in mind and do ihave a chance with her.

I think by your "lady friend" ignoring you she is telling you loud and clear that she is not interested in you.Just as a point of information, current workplace rules of conduct may consider this harassment in the workplace.I'd back off before you possibly put your job in jeopardy.

I would say - based upon what you've written - that she's not interested in pursuing a relationship with you. Either because you work together & she's your senior or because you're not her type or too young - whatever. She ignores your sms, wouldn't let you go home with her, etc. She has nothing in mind where you're concerned & you probably don't have a chance with her. You could ask her - tell her if the two of you didn't work together would she consider going out with you some time? If her response is NO, then you'll know for sure that she's really not interested.
Sorry, but that's how the situation strikes me . . .

What in God's name are you doing!? There is a reason she's ignoring you, and it ain't that she don't like your riveting convosational skills.
Creepy SMS- 1st mistake.
Asking for lunch- 2nd mistake (what are you nuts!?)
Expecting to be asked over to her house- 3rd mistake (ah- yes you are okay...)
If I were her I'd have buying a gun on my mind at the moment.
And er, no, you have as much chance with this poor woman as I have getting a job as lead driver for Ferrari F1!!! (Which is to say- nill!)
Find her tomorrow- BEG forgiveness and consider switching jobs.

I think she is giving you her answer by the way she is treating you...it all depends on how much older this lady is....some older women would be flattered some will not...no you cannot go up to her and just kiss her, this would not be right it could actually make things worse...just bide your time if it's meant to happen it will.
