These answers are bs. The only thing the bible mentions about tattoos is that you should not get a tattoo for the dead. So, in short, dont put a memorial to a dead person on your body and thats it. Now go out and get that "I Love Mom" tatt (as long as she is still alive, lol).

Yes. I see many Christians with tattoos, but if they got it before or after becoming a Christian is another question For Timothy, that is a very typical Christian attitude to justify not doing what the bible says.

Our church holds annual tattoo events. We partner with a local shop, guaranteeing them a certain number of sales for the day. They shut down the shop to the public and cater to us for a day. they usually cut us a discount because we bring in more clients than a normal day would. We invite friends and get inked. Well, I haven't done that yet, but I've gone and hung out. It's a fun day.

Yes, I have a tattoo of a angel on a rose with a cross in her hand on my back. I have a rose around a cross on my stomach. I like that my tattoos have themes and crosses are mine.

I don't have a tattoo because I want to be an organ donor, and if you have a tattoo you can't. Otherwise I might consider it.

Yes, I have tattoos that I got before I came to Christ. I know that we are not suppose to get them after we come to Christ, because we are suppose to keep our bodies pure and clean after we accept Christ into our lives. But what we do before we come to Christ that is wrong should all be wiped cleaned once we accept him into our life.

i do. i have a cross of nails with "jesus freak" written around it. i have 2 jesus fishers of men on my forearms, 2 solid black and white crosses on my back arms, 3 nautical stars up my right leg and a linkin park tattoo on my left.
