Maybe he just does it for sh*ts and giggles. I'm sure the universe gets awfully dull after a few million years.
Of course, it could be our own damn fault...

God doesnt LET war happen. God has nothing to do with it. People spend all their time and effort trying to keep god out of school prayer, and keep god out of legal documentation, and keep god out of our lives when things are fine, and then as soon as something goes wrong, everyone blames god for BEING THERE enough. You cant tell your friends to not be around at all when things are going well for you, and then get mad at your friends for not showing an active role in your life the minute you feel bad about something. And you cant expect God to do that either. You sound like all the hypocrites i see in the news, pushing congressional commitees and lawyers to keep God out of everyones face, only to use him as a scapegoat for the worlds problems. God created the world and its inhabitants, but i dont recall a spot in the bible which mentions Gods obligation to make sure we dont all ruin the earth and kill each other. Thats up to us and our brains, and it doesnt seem like we use them much these days. Maybe try owning up to your mistakes, and working on finding SOLUTIONS to the worlds problems, instead of whining about whos fault it is or could be.

Only false religion creates hate. In the beginning Adam and Eve had a perfect home and a perfect life and it just wasn't enough.
God SAid: "Now my children don't touch the tree of knowledge"
In other words I want to coach you about the way you should go.
He talked to them personally in the garden and to show them that everything they saw wasn't theres, he said that tree is mine.
Then he let a spirit son take over to be there as a guardian angel.
This spirit son got to thinking I want them to worship me, he had absolute power. That corrupts absolutely.
He talked them into disobeying God. He as a spirit person could look anyway he wanted even like a snake. Or they can take on human bodies and look like a man like they did in Genesis 6.
He probably took a bite of the fruit and said, look at me a lowly snake and now I can talk, just think what it will do for you?
anyway, they fell for it and sinned. Then Satan said; "Just because you created them doesn't give you the right to tell them what to do, they will learn from their mistakes." In essense calling God;s right to rule into question.
God could have destroyed the lot of them but what about the other angels watching this? It says later a third of the angels sinned and joined Satan in rebellion.
So god gave them one of his days, we don't know how long his days are to someone who lives forever. But man hasn't been here that long. But long enough to prove we can't rule ourselves.
With Satan's help we have done pretty bad. Satan and those wicke angels will be destroyed with the wicked people.
Over the years he has picked out people like Noah, Abraham, John the Babtist. They will be resurrected to live forever on the earth. right now some people rush to help the ones in Louisanna,
Others figured out a way to exploit the situation.
who do you think gets to live forever on the earth?
There is a scripture somewhere that says when you did it to the lest of these my brothers you did it to me.

There is no such thing as "god" or "gods" .. all in your mind!
Religions are all created by humans one time or another. The holy books of all religions were written by Man (with the inspiration of their "god" or "gods" as always claimed by every religious group).
Some religions play on the human fear of the inevitable..death
whilst others use the reward of eternal bliss and the threat of eternal torture when evengelising/proselytizing.
Morality need not be based on the reward of "heaven" and the threat of "hell" !

Religion was the way for leader to maintain control back before a strong government was established. It still maintains the composure of many weak-minded people from slipping into chaos.
Some of us actually ask these questions, and we take two different paths:
1. there is no God
or the ultimate Christian denial/copout
2. It's God's Plan

Okay,
Reason God is allowing these things to happen, started in the Garden of Eden. As hopefully you are familiar with that part of history, Adam and Eve basically chose to disobey God and wanted to choose for themselves what was right and wrong. If you read the book of JOB in the bible you also get insight to what Satan challenged God. Satan said that his worshipers would only worship him because of selfish reasons. Not out of sincere love for God.
Since the Garden of Eden, To prove God is Almighty, and to settle these issues of Gods sovereignty , His right to rule over his creation, God has allowed time, and the opportunity for Satan and people to have every type of government they can. Over the course of time,, people and Satan have been unsuccessful.
God did promise that he would rid the world of .
1. false religion
2. governments,
3. death sickness etc etc rev. 21:4
Last but not least, there is only one God, the bible is inspired by God because, of its accurate accounts in history, its characters include kings and so on, prophecy that has occurred in the bible, and on-going prophecies that are happening in our time.

Disease is the nature of the material world. There are creative
and destructive, (recylcing) aspects at work. That keep the
balance, and prevent any one type of life from overrunning the others.
Our spirits choose to come to this world. To experience it. And we have to learn to deal with it!
