I book all my ticket on the www.voyages-sncf.com.
You can have good price but I don't know if they can send the ticket to USA. You can sometime print your own tickets.
Be careful the website is of course in french but on the first page you can have the english language.
Have a nice trip.

Avoid weekends, they are much cheaper in the week. Or start shopping at Sainsburys and earn Nectar points, I have enough for 2 x tickets!

Hi have travelled that route many times before .I find the Eurail Passes the best way to go.Check out their web site as they do from time to time have specials at reduced rates.Booking from either end works out to be the same price.

Search online, pay in advance or get an accommodation / travel deal from the Sunday papers. Even if you don't use the accn, it could be cheaper.
