I'm looking to start learning Russian as soon as possible. I have no previous knowledge of the language.

I regret to say that these places do not offer Russian at all:
Abingdon & Witney College
Oxford & Cherwell Valley College
Oxford Brookes University
Oxford University only has undergraduate day courses.
However if you are prepared to wander over the county boundary, then I have some good news for you .....
Thames Valley University at Reading offers Russian classes on a Monday 7-9pm http://courses.tvu.ac.uk/main/course1.asp?cfr=russian&cfw=keywords&csu=0&csm=0&csl=0&cns=index.asp&cn=0&cp=20&co=CourseTitle&clo=0&caw=0&csp=combquery.asp&cco=TEMP813
...the bad news is that the course was due to commence on 25 September. If you are interested, then it may be worthwhile contacting TVU to find out (a) if the course is running (sometimes courses are under-subscribed and so are shut down), and (b) if they'd allow a late starter.

Ask agent 007, better known as James Bond at MI6. Im sure he knows a great place to learn Russian. Maybe try moving to Russia.

Can't you invite a nice Russian student at home, there are a lot over here who really want to learn English, ask your mum about it, dad won't say no. Happy learning.

Oxford & Cherwell (Oxpens Road Oxford) do adult learning courses in the evenings, why don’t you give them a call look on yell.com for there number. Or go to Oxford's Town Hall for the required information
