Go and have a tint on your whole head or have some low/highlights done to break up the grey.

I would get some highlights done in clever colours to mask the grey- would go to a good hairdressers, or there are huge ranges of hair dyes in boots that cater for the first signs of grey….depends on your budget

Cut the hazelnut brown hair and leave the grey this way the grey will not be so obvious.

Two shade highlights, but make the darkest shade lighter than your natural shade. That way when the roots grow a little it won't notice. Plus going a bit lighter over all will soften the face

if you want to hide it, there is that box of hair color called 'just for men'...they have it for hair and moustaches too. i think its from Clairol, dont remember.

they have information on the back of which color would suit you the best, to be as natural as possible.

i know a little about it because my brother does it every once in a while, and i bought a few for him when they were on sale.

either a full head tint or you could have some highlights put through to blend in the grey .
