Im taking Lipo 6 fat burner....is it normal to have a discharge in your stool?

This is a really gross questions, but im concerned. I am having a red (not blood) glob of discharge that floats... along with my regular stool since taking this. Is this normal or should I be worried?

No, it is not normal.

But it probably isn't something to be overly concerned about either. Commonly this is caused by internal hemorrhoids and indicates a lack of fiber in your diet. Increase your fiber intake and it should clear up. (Fiber is very good when trying to lose weight as it helps drag the junk out of your system.)

Lipo 6 isn't chemical, it is 6 ingrediants from herbal sources, so it should be generally safe. But the Yohimbe in it is not well tolerated by everyone, and has been linked to digestive problems. Plus if you have blood pressure issues, or are on any MAO inhibitors you shouldn't be taking Yohimbe.

However, you should consult your doctor and not take what I am saying as medical advice. Have him check your blood pressure, bring the bottle with you so that he can read the ingrediant list for himself. But chances are good that he will tell you the same thing. Eat more green leafy vegetables and suppliment your diet with additional fiber. Drink plenty of water when losing weight to flush the released toxins out of your system. (Generally body weight in pounds times .55 is the number of ounces of water to drink each day - more if you have been sweating.)

Normal on the fat side. And by "fat side" I mean like 4 pounds overweight, lol, dont stress over it you're just right for a girl your age.

I'm sorry now but WHY??? why are you putting that poison into your body! Your body was not made to pump chemicals into it. if you want to lose weight, try a detox or just judge what you eat for yourself. It works i swear...The reaction you're having is just proof of it...
