I'm having a girl. I like the name Posey but I'm getting a LOT of greif about it....

You know what Ive learned about baby names after having 3 kids and one on the way. Keep the names to yourself and dont tell anyone until the baby is born. I told someone I liked the name Summer just recently and they made a terrible face. I decided just to keep it to myself and who cares what anyone says. If you like it then use it. THey are all cute names by the way and if you like Posey, then dont worry about what the others think.

If you like Posey, go with it. I am pregnant and also having a girl and also getting grief about the names I have picked out. Who cares? It is your child and they grow into their names. Just because someone thinks its different, oh well. Look at all the movie stars, they name their children after food and thats okay. I like Chloe or Posey. Zoe reminds me of the sesame street character.

go with Zoe. its a nice name. Chloe is ok but i like zoe beta. go with which eva name u love and dont let other people choose for u. choose a name u'll still love 20 years from now and a name ur kid can live with. kids with funny names are often teased at school, im sure u also had a funky nickname that u hated at school, so dont subject ur kids to that. i have a feeling that with the name posey many kids especially as ur child grows up will be named pu*ssy. not to be disrespectful but think long and hard about that one.

Posey is cute, and don't worry about the greif, i named my daughter Dacey and everyone said that it was horrible but now i cant imagine her being named anything else.

Mmmmmmm cant you try and combine Posey with another name? Ilikes the name Isabella for my daughter but my hubby would hear nothing of it. So we landed up calling her Gina Lola and it suits her suprisingly...shhh dont tell! lol
What about Miss posey Chloe or Poey Zoe.....
Dont know how youre going to choose - I'd pickem all(somehow) lol x

Posey is a unique name I have never heard of it but if you like it you should name your girl that name. Do not worry about what people have to say because people is always going to say something negative.
This is your baby and name her what you like... I like the name Zoe, but that does not mean that you have to choose that name...This is just my opinion... Good Luck!!!!
