No RVs allowed where the other poster suggested:

No state park in Montgomery County allows for RV parking. Your best bet would be the Wal-Mart in Germantown, MD

Try Carderock State Park, it is about 4 miles outside of Potomac, directly off of the Clara Barton Parkway (Cabin John Parkway). Not sure about hookups but you can at least park there.
