In spanish when you add (ita) to some word means little. IS used to refer to someone thats little of to express love. Like chiquitita-means the little one! SO loca means crazy and when you add (ita) means the little crazy one. In spanish we used that with friends. Is like a saying for your friends. The usually used tipa(women) too.
