Your metabolism is the envy of about a third of the world, the third that has plenty to eat, that is. Most advice is going to be fattening, but you need to add muscles. So plenty of proteins both animal and vegetable, which along with some good exercise, will add muscle and bulk up your frame.
Girls will want to add moderate fat because it usually first gets planted in culturally-pleasing places like breasts and rump. Guys won't want to add a whole lot of fat, it commonly goes to the middle of the abdomen and that impresses few except for the starving third of the world. With additional fat, you add fat storage cells. Subsequent diets shrink those cells, if successful, but they don't go away very easily (the body rebuilds about every 7 or so years and starved fat cells may not be all replaced, and of course there is the mechanical method called liposuction which gets some). Too much sugar/starch/fats of the wrong kinds will overload your enviable metabolism and the body will need to park the excess, which is converted to fatty acids.
Ask yourself, do you want to grow muscle tissue or fat tissue?

I had the same problem when I was 15. I was very scrawny. I am 38 now and have filled-out a bit, but overall I am still skinnier than average. I would recommend AGAINST eating fatty food to gain weight. This will cause health problems down the road. You just have to accept the fact that you are skinny and move on with your life. You will slowly gain weight over time. At 15, you haven't even stopped growing. Don't worry you will get plenty of girls (or guys) depending on your personality and attitude, not your skinny frame. Just hang in there.

If you already eat correct amounts of food, eating other, fattening things may be unhealthy. For instance, even if you remain skinny, McDonalds food over a period of time will block your arteries, give you heart problems, possibly make you gain weight in specific places (just in your stomach, for instance) and make you generally unhealthy.
While I don't think you should mess with nature, I do have a few less-life threatening suggestions:
~Peanut butter is full of good fats. You can drink peanut butter milkshakes with whole milk, and that would tend to be fairly fattening yet still healthy for you.
~Eat fewer meals per day, and your metabolism will slow down.
~There's a tall tale in my family that my great-grandfather was too skinny to join the army, so he ate fifteen pounds of bananas, and he got in.
Good luck :)

If you wan't to reap weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over consume with junk meals. This will absolutely makeyou fatter, and dangerous. But in case you wan't to reap muscle you're going to need to drink a few top protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, whilst the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support positioned of the burden. You would possibly wan't to assess out a few inexpensive CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of normal herb tablets to support help the muscular tissues. I can not consider of any names of those forms, however I do recognize they exist, I've heard of persons taking them, and had well outcome while taken most often.

Start working out with weights. Build some muscle mass. If you eat like you say you do, building muscle mass is the only thing that will help you gain weight.

I wouldn't recommend it, you'll start gaining soon enough if you try purposely you'll gain too much and never be able to get it off... I used to be like that, i was younger than you but still. Besides you'll be harming your body if you start eating loads of horrible fatty foods just to gain weight...

The safest way is to go to GNC and get weight gain shakes that are also nutritional. Other "BAD" Snacks are bad for your heart, cholesterol, diabetes, and will make you gain weight you may never be able to loose.
