They are not related! The one turning 20 has a twin sister who will be 20 and the one turning 22 has a twin sister who will be 22!

The younger twin was frozen as a fertilised egg and used two years later.
Seen something like it on the news once, where a girl had a twin sister who was 10 years older than her.
