women love attention,
express your desire to take her out if she isn't in an exclusive situation

Tell her things that he prob forgets to tell her... like, "I was thinking of you and had a hard time sleeping..." or "You have such a beautiful smile." or 'Dang, you smell so good...wow!" Little compliments will have her thinking about you!
