It is incredible-geologists, biologists, physicists, cosmologists-they're all apparently wrong. Professionals who have devoted their life to studying evidence are wrong and a 2000 year old scripture supposedly holds all the answers. It is surreal-I have difficulty getting my head round the fact that creationists actually believe in that crap.

I only read the Holy Bible, i don't thump it. And all it says is that, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." It doesn't tell us when that beginning was and i actually don't think it matters. What i think is important to God is that we take HIM at His word. If we can't trust the first five words recorded about HIM, then we'll have a hard time accepting anything else about HIM.
Scientists have not always been so interested in refuting God. Actually, the history of science is loaded with people whose discoveries only convinced them more that the Earth and the solar system were no accident.

How many fools think that the earth is 5.2 Billion years old. How else could a monkey morph into a man. Well if you tack on a couple 100 million years anything is possible right? By the way, you can't nor can any scientist tell the age of a rock. It's all presupposition. If I took a lava rock freshly cooled from a volcano and bring it to a scientist several months later, what do you think he'd say? This rock is 400 million years old. Oh really, I just got this lava rock 6 months ago and you tell me it' 400 million years old? I think I'll trust in God, not man.

I will always take God's word over man's interpretations any day. Man has been trying to get away from God ever since Adam and Eve hid from Him in the garden. I believe that God didn't deceive us. His Word says He created a universe in only six days, so I believe that. He's pretty powerful. How powerful could God be if He took billions of years to create? Seems slow for an all-powerful God.

How can people possible believe the world to be only 6000 years old? That is absurd, with the fossil evidence, cosmology and everything else.

i'll raise my hand to that question. at least our science doesnt lie to us. id like you to find me credible evidence otherwise and you cant say carbon dating since thats been proven wrong as well, by secular scientists no less.
