Anyone else sick of Mexicans sneaking across the border and saying that the land that they're illegally in that their ancestors never set foot on is somehow "their land"?

Your ancestor didn't have any rights to this land either. They just took it by killing the native americans.
Close the boarders to all nationals and all countries. Let's not discriminate.

Not necessarily shut the borders, just control the border situation. Right now our government is doing little and I think we do need some changes. Immigration is just one way our nation became great. We have a good mix of nationalities that have brought many good things to our country. But, they need to remember, they chose to come here and in doing so they chose to embrace our culture and traditions as a citizen of the USA. They should not desecrate our flag or try to change our culture to theirs. If theirs was so good, why did they leave? In Texas, we are about to have a close race for governor. Any of you Texans on this board should have a look at the proposals that Kinky Friedman has laid out. Now, mind you all of his ideas I do not agree with, but, so far he has come up with the best solutions if the rest of the government will help him. If he is able to control the border the way he wants, maybe we need him for president too!!!! All the non-Texans might have a look at some of his propositions and see if you think he might have some good ideas for our country too.

as a veteran of this country, i to agree that the borders should be closed. If someone decided to come to this country legally, i welcome them with open arms. but all this wet foot dry foot crap, sneaking across the borders, claiming that they are citizens and taking away housing, education and jobs from those hard working honest Americans and legal immigrants.. I hate it.. Latest news showed how a bunch of illegals would get together, rush the borders and trample the guards there to distract them all the while drug cartels are smuggling drugs into the country. Close the borders, Close them NOW !!!

My Congressman is telling me that major changes are coming. No more catch and release because we all know that they will try again the next day to sneak in. There must be consequences to pay if caught. Also, any child born on American soil will have the same status as the mother. Another change is make it a felony for digging tunnels under the border.
Oh, one other thing...I am looking at my phone bill and it is in English and Spanish. Only those two languages.
This should only be in English. Make them learn our language.

All illegals from any country need to be stopped from entering this nation.Yes secure both borders,stop any immigration of any kind,legal or illegal until we can get this mess straightened out.There needs to be a moratorium on all immigration for about 5 years.Then decide who does and who does not deserve to be here.
Secure the borders,north and south.Enforce our laws,Make big business pay for the problems it has created with its "false need" for very expensive "cheap" labor.Make them pay legal citizens a fair wage for their skills
My ancestors came here in 1702 they were not at any time illegal.There were no laws against immigration at that time.I am a native born American.I don't care who lays claim to the land( past or present).It belongs to the US and my land in Arizona belongs to me and my husband.And we aren't giving it up to anyone and we aren't going any where.

Well technically part of the SW was their land at one time, we went to war with Mexico and won it, but in the long run paid them like 5 mil. for it back in the days. I agree the borders need some major protection, but not just from Mexicans from anyone who wants to come here illegally, Mexicans just happen to be the majority. I'm all for the Minute Men and their hard work on the borders, I feel they do more than our own government does about it. People need to realize these illegals destroy our economy, they steal our jobs, they rape our woman, they break our laws, and now they expect us to bend over backwards and cater to them, whatever. You know what I'm starting to get angry over this as usual, Peace Out.

to all yiou whining thats its in spanish..shut up allready. get over it deal with IT! ohh its in spanish oh well yyou know back home we are required to learn english the whole world is required to learn english eerywere you go tehre are sighs in english..now why do you guys whine about god damn spanish when the rest of the country has to bow down to you knees and have english cant you guys for once stop whining and just admit that spanish and other lenguages are always going to be around, uh would u like it if mexico didnt have any sigsns in english and if u went tehre u had to speak spanish all the time..?

I am all for it, but it is not just the Hispanics that are sneaking in, there are many from other countries sneaking in as well, so yes, we should seal off the Mexican border, Canaian border, and the Florida border. Your only "legal" way in should be through Ellis Island.

Me.Why?It's simple,don't actually close the borders,but all flights into the US from foreign countries must be a round trip ticket from now on.No more one way tickets.
For the Americans traveling out of the US,round trip ticket for us too.If we are a US citizen,then we should come back when we have completed our business.
A lot of people feel that the reason the Mexicans are taking all our jobs is because Americans have become fat and lazy.
