The same thing as it is now. Religion isn't as important as people think when it comes to human affairs.
Think about it like this, some Christians are rude, but some are nice. Same goes for any other religions or atheist.
The world is bad because people always have different points of views and opinions. Add that with greed, pride, jealously and hate.

Well, you could visit places where religion has a very low priority in the cultural existence of the inhabitants - for instance MOST OF THE CIVILIZED WORLD OUTSIDE THE U.S. - and especially those countries with high standards of living and low crime rates.

A far better place.
It's a bit late, though, as the false promises and childhood indoctrination have made a mess of society, with countless millions of innocents being killed in the name of so-called peaceful religions.
Eventually, except for muslims, which are a 'lost cause', religion will die out. Not in my lifetime, I guess.
Don't trust anyone, especially your neighbourhood muslim.

People grouping up to form other collective power grabs. Groups are stronger in force. When brutality is the accepted way to get needs met.
We would first need to dislike this very human tendency, for new religious like groups to keep forming.

More hatred is displayed from religious perspectives than even from ethnic violence.
The world would turn to different outlets to hate and kill each other.

An absolute mess. This world was founded my people who wanted religious freedom and the farther away the world gets from God the worse shape we are getting into.
