Firstly: Which country are you from?
Secondly to the person above: This is not a freaking language class, but an INTERNATIONAL site open to ALL!

they do tend to be racist, but i think living in america kinda makes it worse. the korean people are just like everyone else you know and act the same as they do no matter what race they are. i think you're being racist by pointing the finger at them when it happens everyday w/all different types of people around you. i look at people as individuals and not what race they are then start categorizing and making accusations. be fair and give them a chance because they are all not the same as you may have experienced. i'm really sorry you have experienced this w/them and hope you meet better people than your coworkers that will change the way you think of them.

Whoa. Hold up.

I'm a Korean who has lived abroad for many years. I don't know who you've been working with and talking to, but like the person above said, you're also being racist by pointing the finger at a specific race.

I also don't feel the need to point out why I'm not racist because obviously... there are different kinds of people within one race. Also, I could be really mean and point out your grammar mistakes but I'm not.

I was attending an international school and almost all of us are children of expatriates and come from different countries and we live in a different country in a certain period of time.
