wow ur the first guys who wants that...cool! well you could start by letting her make decisions in general like what movie, where to go out what channel the TV should go on etc, by just active indecisive. that will increase her decision making skills. shell get confidence from that and want more. ha ha

In my relationship with my boyfriend, I wear the pants, not coz, I want, to, but its just a natural thing, you cant make her be dominent, like you cant make someone undominant, know what I mean, well you can talk to her about what it is exactly that you want more from here and then see what you both can figure out, but in the end, Its gotta be in her!!If you want a dominant girl, Try one with the horoscope Leo Or Aries :)

You can't change her, or make her take charge. What you can do is show her that you are willing to listen to her ideas and opinions. The more comfortable she is, the more she will speak up.
Ask her opinions when you go shopping before you buy clothing. "What do you think about this shirt? Should I buy it?"
Talk to her about your plans before you go through with them. Ask her what she thinks about them. "The guys want to go Friday to a football game. What do you think?"
When it's time to go out together, let her pick the time and location. "Where ever you want to eat is fine with me."
Once she gets used to stating her opinions, she'll start to do it more without you having to ask for them.

Start asking her input in everything you do, if like you go out phone her and ask her if she is fine with it, don't make decisions without her first telling you if its the right decision
