I'm a guy and personally don't have this problem, however...

I have several female friends that have reduced their breast size through exercise. They were in training for various sports. If you look at many top female athletes, you will see that although they maybe large in stature, they are not overly endowed.

Breasts are fatty, and exercise burns fat. You can't target your breasts, but as the body burns fat it will get to the breasts sooner or later.

How big are you boobs? If you are overweight then dieting is really good....boobs are mostly fat afterall! Exercising to reduce the boobs NO....you can make then appear smaller depending on the clothing you wear and the bra....buy more of a sports bra..it will flatten them out a little and hold then still! If you are huge...then consider a breast reduction...depending on where you live the government will pay for the surgery.....its very damaging to your overall health to have huge boobs. Good luck.

Sorry hon..but I think your only option is a Breast Reduction.

I have a friend (26) who had it done, and she says it was one of the best things she's done! Her back doesn't hurt, her bra straps don't dig in anymore, and the guys actually look at her face when they're talking to her now! lol
My Nanny also had it done when she was in her 50's or 60's, and it made a world of difference in her. It took 10 years off! She was more active then we had seen her in a long time.

I know it sounds scary, but if you're really serious, you should look into it and give it some thought.

Yes, I doubt that losing weight, or exercise will have any dramatic effect. The only sure way I know of is breast reduction surgery. Talk this over with a doctor.

Not from my experience, but I get tired of trying to buy new tops and theyre all that surplice criss cross junk that is low cut and gapes open. So I bought some sports bras at walmart. Not the really tight ones, I have asthma and don't like restrictive things.

I'm sure losing weight would help, water weight or otherwise.

Also you might have swelling caused for a variety of other reasons.

My sister had problem with breast swelling and even had a pretty od cancer scare but since she went raw vegan all her health problems seemed to vanish.

I don't think you need to go this extreme but I think going vegan (not meat and especially dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese) would help a great deal.

If you are heavy and hold your weight in this area you can go on a diet and lose some weight.
If not you may need breast reduction surgery.
