as a baby does we all need to learn how to eat , talk , get along with others and learn from our mistakes, to me God loves the fact when we can accomplish these goals and does not damn us for making the mistakes we make, God knows we have to make mistakes to learn to be better spiritually and better people. If we never have sinned we would just be robots without emotion. God is proud of us no matter what.

Check out this statement. We are not sinners because we sin on occasion, but we sin because we are sinners. Read that statement again and let it sink in. If we weren't sinners than we wouldn't sin. God requires truth in the inner parts of our being. We, by nature are hostile to the Lord Jesus Christ. God knows everything we do, say and think. Many of our thoughts are not pleasing to God. Jesus says that when we lust we commit adultery and when we hate we commit murder. God is high and holy and beyond anything we can think of as righteous, and pure. No man has seen his face and that is because no one can see his glorious face and survive. Sin and God cannot coexist. That is why Jesus paid the price for us. Jesus is the sacrificial lamb. He is pure and unblemished. Perfect and Holy. The only pleasing sacrifice to God the Father. Unless we are born again, we remain with a stoney heart towards God. Read John 3.

So you seem to have decided in your own mind what God likes or doesn't like, why He does what he does, what He knows? Did you ever think of doing any research to find out what God has to say on the topic? No? How could you decide for yourself what anyone thinks about anything without asking them or looking to see if there is any record of their thoughts or intentions?

You may not realize it, but you have made up your own personal version of God. You've made him in your own image, to reflect your own thoughts, and to comply with your own philosophies.
"If I think it is best, then God must think so too, because it makes sense to me".

That is a common mistake of many people.

God has provided a complete reference work that includes his thoughts on the very issue you raised, along with many, many other topics regarding life. I suggest you take the time to seek it out and read it, rather than making up your own answers just because they feel good to you.

God loves the sinner but hates the sin. There is so much to learn about ourselves and what we really are. The Bible is what will give us the answer to everything and anything that we have questions about. The Book of Romans talks about sin and how we became sinners to begin with. Sin came into the world because of Adam and Eve (Genesis chapters 1-3) and because of that, everyone born in life is born with the sin nature (Romans chapter 5) Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". But being that sin came into the world through one man, God in His infinite mercy showed us a way to have eternal pardon of our sins caused by our inborn sinful nature, through this one man, the man Jesus Christ. He abolished the law of this sinful nature and its control and nailed it to the the cross where He being God in flesh, bled and died that we may have a way of escape from the consequences of this sinful nature. He gave us ACTS 2:38 "repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost" this is an open confession of our faith in Jesus and all that He did for us, that He died and rose up the third day and went back to heaven and is coming again to bring those who have readied themselves for that day, whether we rise from the dead or are alive and caught up with Him in the clouds. I admonish you to read the Bible especially the New Testament. Get to an Apostolic Oneness Church like United Pentecostal Church, Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ, PAW (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World), Bible Way International, or any independant church that preaches the Oneness of God and ACTS 2:28. And may Jesus guide you into His glorious truth that you may be ready at His coming.

I don't agree with you that God is proud of us but I do agree that we learn from our mistakes.
Listen honey,John the Baptist when he saw Jesus said Behold the lamb of God that taketh away the SIN of the world, not sins. This is a misconception from who knows how long that we are all sinners but the truth is when we believe on Jesus we are cleansed from the sin of the world which Adam brought here through disobedience.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful or rude, but I was just wondering, how do you know that this is what God thinks? I somehow doubt that you sat down with him and had a conversation yourself.

It is dangerous to begin to assume things about a person whom we have never met. As I am sure that you must have realized by now, when we jump to conclusions about strangers, we are usually wrong about them. I'm sure that you would be offended if a complete stranger started to describe your character to yourself and others (especially if she was wrong), and continue to insist that she was right about you in spite of your insistence that she didn't know you at all.

The prophets of God, like the apostle Paul, have told us that God considers us to have been contaminated by this cruel, selfish tendencies (called "sin" for short) and that we need God's help to clean up our spirit of this problem. If God said that is how he feels about it, I guess that I will have to take God's word for it. We cannot tell God what God is like, we must ask God what God is like. Only God knows himself.

Anyone who thinks that children are innocent obviously has forgotten his or her childhood. Children are selfish, insensitive to each other, and often cruel. Children do not have to be taught how to throw a tantrum, to bully or hit other kids, to disobey, or to make fun of other people. It comes naturally. Things like compassion, consideration, and good manners usually have to be taught.

Everyone sins. Even Christians sin and need forgiveness daily. God just wants us to live our life for Him, tell others about Him, and do our best to be like Him.He sent His son to die for us. Accept His free gift of salvation and your questions will be answered. Ask for forgiveness from your sin and He is "faithful and just to forgive us our sin and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness."

All humans are born in sin, because we inherit sin from our ancestors Adam and Eve. Thank God Jesus came to deliver us from sin.

If you don't believe the Bible to be the Word of God then you can just make up your own mind what you believe. It is just that after you die you will be held accountable for what you have believed and it will determine your destiny for eternity. But of course that is only if you believe the Bible is the Word of God.
