You should contact an interpreters'/translators' agency, and pay to get a proper translation. You cannot rely on getting a quick, professional translation here.
Stop being so cheap, and hire the service. You'll be doing yourself a favour, and contributing to the economy.

going back to my school days, here's what i remember from my training.... Podobać się dont mówić po polsku , ponieważ my czynić nie rozumieć. Możesz tłumaczyć na Język angielski jeśli ty potrzeba. There's a website called freetranslation.com (or something similar). I've used it loads of times for Spanish to English translation.
Paste in your text, and it translates for free... easy!
