Most people will start to see some results within 2-3 weeks. However, it depends on your age, diet, health status, stress levels, severity of your problem, body chemistry, and many other factors. Some people might see some results sooner, while others will need more time to see results. Herbal supplements have an 85% effective rate.

There have been warnings re: the use of St John's Wart. You really should see a Dr. Yes, anxiety could be the problem, but you could be having fibrillation from some other cause. See a Dr. If anxiety is your problem there are many meds to help. Best to be assessed first.

i started having panic attacks many years ago and was told to try st johns wort, so i did, but after 2 weeks of it nothing was happenng so i had to go to my doctors who ended up prescribing antidepressants, which, eventually startred to work, i know some people dont like to take medication but the herbal remedy didnt work for me so it was a last resort, i suggest after a couple of weeks its not helping, to go back to your doctor

You may never see improvement that way. You need a new doctor. And, yes, palpitations are related to anxiety. Get a different doctor!
