It would be almost impossible to do this, and your attempts to do this will be unhealthy if not fatal. YOu'll need more time. Go up to the appropriate weight class.

Unless someone cuts off one of your legs you will not be able to lose 35 pounds in a week...even if you starve yourself! If you want to drop weight you should drink lots of water and eat small portions of food throughout the day...3-4 oz of grilled chicken or fish, a salad with salsa (no dressing, not even fat free) and a small amount (1/2 cup) of carbs at 2 meals. If you eat every two to three hours like this you will see weight lose, but it will not be anywhere near 35 pound in one week. Depending on you it could take off as much as 10 pounds.

Also cut out the salt in your diet because it holds water, which is one reason you gain weight...and don't drink soda, not even diet, which contains ingredients that make your body think you ingested sugar and will make you gain weight.

Eat healthy and be kind to your body, it's the only one you will ever have!

Not possible. Any coach, assistant coach, teacher, athletic trainer, athletic director, principal, assistant prinicipal or any other school or sports staff that require or even suggest you drop that much in one week should be immediately reported to your school board. They will not be back to work the next day. That is child abuse.

The best you could reasonably expect to lose is maybe 5 lbs. You might be able to flush out another 5 lbs. fluid weight temporarily for weigh-in, but that's it. There's multiple weight classes for very good reason.

You can't do that and expect to be able to wrestle. You would lose so much body mass and muscle that you would be too weak to wrestle. Not counting the health risk. Wrestle at a higher weight class and work you way down. Hope this helped. Be safe and good luck

Yeah, you might doe, and you will feel like crap, and probably lose your match, but drink milk of magnesia. Don't eat, just use salt packets and drink the stuff. You will poop nonstop for about 2 hours when it takes effect. Do this repeatedly, and you will drop at least 20 pounds, however like i said, not healthy, you will be sick, and you will most likey lose your match.

If you actually COULD lose 35 lbs in a week, you wouldn't be able to wrestle..you would be dead, more than likely! Weight loss is something that has to be done with patience, and not expect overnight "cures".

In a week, are you kidding? Sawing off your legs would be the only way!

You should not aim to lose more than 1-2lb per week, on a healthy diet!

Other than being nearly impossible this wouldn' be healthy at all!!! This is way too much in too little time and putting your body through stress and pain.

See my ressources for additional details.

Impossible, you'll end up fit for a grave, not fit for wrestling!
