I have a nursing mother cat that had her babies 2 days ago. I was wondering if I could give her a little goats milk as a treat?

No (or more precisely, a tiny bit as a treat might be ok). Milk can cause diarrhea in cats and this is the last thing you want for your nursing mother. I would suggest a high quality cat or kitten food as a treat (mine love Science Diet Adult Turkey & Giblets in gravy)

Goat milk is fine for cats. Cow milk is not. Lots of foster parents feed their foster kittens goat milk because it's better for them than kitten formula. I have never heard of a cat or kitten having diarrhea as a result of goat milk and I have fostered kittens for many years and know many other foster parents who agree.

No. Milk of any kind is bad for cats. Perhaps give her a little tuna or buy her specially made cat treats.
But under no circumstance should you ever give a cat any kind of milk.

Yes, goat's milk and condensed milk watered down are fine. Do not give regular cow's milk, though, as it will give her loose stool.
