Okay first thing, you should not get tired in the 200m dash. It is a sprint and if you check out world records, the 200m record is less than double the 100m one. That simply means that runners are holding their top speed LONGER, not tiring and slowing down.

You should practice at longer distances, 300 or 400 meters, to help with your endurance.

Your sped will come from turnover (number of strides) and length of stride. For length of stride and SINCE YOUR EVENT IS TOMORROW, concentrate on getting your knees up, the length will naturally follow.

For turnover rate, you will have to find some drills to help such as high knee running in place.

Weight training will help, but don't overdo it; bodybuilders have no flexibilty and therefore no speed.

Keep your mouth open if you need to. You want air; lack of oxygen will slow you down. (The previous guy is wrong.)

Biggest thing is to practice.

Yes eat breakfast but not to much and concentrate on your breathing if you breathe to hard it can also make you tired, don't drink anything it will make you body heavy, just put water in your mouth and spit it out just to make sure your mouth does not dry out. Something with sugar in helps because sugar gives stamina but not to much. I am a South-African comrades runner that takes part in the commarades each year and this routine helps me a lot
