What are the differences in terms of quantity, quality and duration of milk production? Can human milk also used like we use animal milk?

The composition of milk (amount of fat, protein, nutrients) varies by the needs of the animal. For example, baby cows grow much faster than baby humans, so cow's milk has more protein than human milk. Also, cow's milk that you buy in the store is homogenized and pasteurized to kill germs/bacteria and to keep the fat from separating from the liquid, which is why it looks different from human milk.

the difference i think is the dna make up of the milk brest milk is VERY sweet. Cows milk , goat,sheep milk all need to be pasturized before consumption by humans and brest milk is just good to go as is
