No, not necessarily. Chills, always thinking about them, having strong feelings, and everything like that is all good, and there is nothing wrong with it! But that's just not what love is, that's infatuation.
Love isn't a feeling, it's something totally different! It is selflessly putting someone else before yourself, wanting to give of yourself to them regardless of how you feel and what you get in return, and being comitted to them through whatever comes in the future. Love is an attitude, a state of mind, a decision, and even an action. It can produce feelings (like affection, etc;), but it itself is not a feeling, and it endures no matter what you feel.
Anything less than this just isn't love, its only emotion. And emotions change, no matter how stong they seem, no matter how much it seems like you will always feel that way, your emotions WILL change. That's just what emotions do.
This is not to say that emotions can't lead to love. They can. But love takes maturity and comittment. Don't go saying "I love you" until you know you can mean it, and mean it for real.

How can you say that it is love, it may also be just physical attraction, you wait and see after some times it will just go off. It has happened with me.

if you can't sleep... can't eat... can't do anything because you have to think about him, then yes, it is love. I you feel that he feels same about you, go for it, otherwise it might be danger...
