First are you pregnant or have you been? If not you need to see a doctor you probably have an infection. I had this happen years ago and the doctor did nothing at the time and it did stop on its own. Your doctor will know. You can always google for a quicker answer while you wait. Good luck.

This "milk" could actually be a discharge caused by breast cancer. Go to your doctor immediately. If not, then you are in the right place to get diagnosed for other onditions By the way, if your partner sucks strongly and repeatedly upon your nipple it is possible to fool the body into producing milk even though you do not have a baby at the moment. This extended lactation is how the victorian wet nurses could feed babies that they had not given birth to.

if you are not a lactating mom, i will suggest that you see a doctor...lactation or production of milk is only normal when the person is pregnant or has given birth. Try to observe the color, the smell, the consistency of the fluid/milk that is coming out of your breast and tell your doctor about these observation.

You should talk with your Dr. Lactating (if indeed you are) when you are not nor have been pregnant can be a side effect of a pituitary tumor. They are common and 85% curable.

You need to be seen by a physician. A discharge needs evaluation without hesitation. It could be a sign of a serious condition.

That can be a sign of something serious, like a pituitary tumor. Go see your gynecologist.
