You can go to a salon for a new hair style or to a makeup counter for a makeover, but it'll all be in vain unless you have some kind of inner beauty. If you're still bent on outer beauty, than I would recommend finding a facial cleansing system that works for you. The finest makeup in the world can't help you if you have bad skin.

I cannot answer whether you are cute or not without actually knowing what you look like. Nevertheless, it made me smile to see you write "on the outside" in the question. Although I believe inner beauty is more valuable, they both play a large part when trying to score guys, rest assured. They notice how you look before they get to know you.
Nevertheless, beauty is a huge range. It depends on which part of you you wish to beautify, and as you didn't mention anything specifically I advise you to ask your friends. Maybe even your mother, but someone who knows what you look like is a good place to start! (I wouldn't advise posting your picture on the internet though.)

Go to a nail lady she can give you suggestions and usually they are in beauty salons. But real beauty comes from within and usually reflects on the outside also take care of your self and exercise regularly and don't eat McDonald's.
