In the morning have a bowl of old fashioned oatmeal and a hard boiled egg followed by a multivitamin. The oatmeal has whole grains and will release energy slowly and steadily all morning and afternoon. Two hours before your test, have a small to medium, high protein meal (not right before your test, it will make you sleepy). More meat than grain. And a big glass of water with lunch.
Wear comfy clothes and good luck!!
Stay away from sugar. Get a good amount of sleep for two nights before the test.
This is ALL you need...

I just heard that if you eat some of the popular stuff with sugar you have BRAIN FOG!
I would say eat a can of tuna (packed in olive oil) and a boiled egg and a salad with olive oil and vinegar. A few crackers. No dessert.
There is actually a vitamin/mineral that is proven to make you remember, etc.
It is called something like FOSPHITIDALSTERENE.
'FOS-FA-TIDAL-STEER-INE' they will know what you are talking about at the health food store.
It works within 30 minutes. Great, huh?
Good luck on your test !

Do not eat a big lunch. The blood in your system will go from your brain to your stomach, which is why we feel sleepy in the early afternoon. You want to avoid that.

your brains and nerves, it would be nice if you could take these
two items and put them on the table for breakfast? But since you
cant, then try keeping them under control by allowing yourself to
think less about what you are facing that day. put your mind on
something pleasant and has nothing to do with that test?
