Jesus said take no thought for tomorrow for tomorrow shall take thought for its self.Sufficient for the day is the evil there of.
I'd say get up in the morning and ask the Lord for guidance for today.

Learn to control your thoughts so that you're not constantly worrying about your past or future. Don't allow yourself to become distracted by petty things. When you're in the midst of doing something, focus on it. Don't start making mental lists or worrying whether you locked the door.
