Well, first of all you need to eat. Start by seeing an dietitian you will consult with you. He or she will determine a great plan for you. Just plain no eating will not work. Also, start walking it's great!

Good Luck!

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

I did not eat to lose weight but I started eating healthy things-- A bottle of Ensure for breakfast (tastes great in all flavors and gives you all the vitamins and good things for your body) lunch a cereal bar and a banana, dinner a large garden salad-with low fat dressing and some baked chicken or fish. For snacks a few pretzels, nuts and I eat tic-tacs for my sweet tooth and treat my self now and then to a dish of light or no fat ice cream. The weight came dropping off. Blood pressure went down and I feel great. If you want to make up your own menu go into "Cal King"
it is a great web site for every type of food (including all fast foods).

How much do you want to weigh is your starting point. Multiply your goal weight by 10 and this will be your caloric range for the day. Even if you do not exercise you will lose some weight due to a calorie cut, but without exercise it will take longer . If you multiply your current weight by 10 you will see how many calories are needed to maintain and keep you at the weight you are now.

Cut your normal servings in half, stop using elevators (use the stairs) and when you park somewhere, take the absolute farthest spot in the lot.

Stop drinking any carbonated drinks - stick to plain iced tea or water.

Basically, it's portion control & excercise.

Exactly.... every time you eat, just eat half of what you normally eat.

You can eat all the same stuff so you won't feel deprived and you'll lose weight in no time.
