She does not have the capacity to enter into what others consider a normal friendship. You might want to consider finding a different friend. These people are more disruptive to their associates that most other forms of mental illness.
I worked with one. We had a normal congenial workplace before she showed up, she managed to get everyone upset with everyone else, before we figured her out. Later I had the opportunity to talk with the people at another workplace who had trained her....same story. These people leave a wake in their lives of bad feelings. You can find a true friend, give this one some wide space from you.

I once worked with mentally challenged people and I think it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. I mean of course some can say some mean think to you, hit you, and even run off, but when you get to know them, it's awesome.
It was this one chick I worked with and if you would ever met her you would say noyhings wrong with her. She graduated high school, could tell you every medication she takes, and she could also call the police almost everyday to report her staff! lol She called the police so much that they knew who she was and what she wanted everytime. One minute we could be sitting on the couch talking about her mom and how she misses her sister and I would tell her about my daughter, and then the next minute I was every name in the book. Deep down inside I knew she had a problem so I overlooked these sort of issues. Once she calmed down, it was oh Kim you are my bestfriend and I love you. Then we were back cool. Crazy huh. Be patient with your friend and make sure that her doctor has her on the right kinds of medication.

I worked with a gal who thrived on negativity. Loved gossip, often put others down, but kind to them in person, always wondered what the heck she said about me when I wasn't around!
In the long run, realized she had HUGE self esteem issues, though in meeting her you wouldn't have thought so. I learned to keep my mouth shut around her, talked about trivial goofy things, and did not slam others when around her.

Well, i've had several friends like that. Their so annoying, and if your a person like me that really hates drama then friends like that arent for you. I know exactly what you mean by people like that. i've had really weird friends. like this one chica i knew always let people take advantage of her. They would do her so dirty and she still wanted to be friends with them. it got so bad that she was litterally paying people to be her friend. I tried to talk to her bout it but she just brushed it off! People have so many issues, it make you wonder if theres anything deranged or weird about yourself! lol

It's better to have a friend who openly contradicts you than those who talk at your back. You are lucky my dear because i see your friend as being honest to you. Just don't take her negative comments seriously. Its better to have a debate sometimes between friends.
