If He does, does He weep? Is that described in the bible?
Or does He say, 'There's a lot more where that came from!' and goes on His merry way?

He is very much saddened when another souls goes to Satan (the enemy).
He is like a parent; when His son or daughter is lost to drugs (including alcohol,) prostitution, crime (any crime) or doing evil deeds. He feels a great loss. He mourns the loss of those souls.
He wants to spend eternity with us. He loved us when we were sinners. He sent His Son into the world so that all may live.

Yes... God feels bad about that. He said:
"As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live" (Ezekiel 33: 11)

Yes but he know all things, so he know if they will come back to him also or when the are lost forever

I think He weeps. For it is His will that we all would be saved. God has compassion. Jesus wept at the death of His friend Lazarus.
