I, too think about him all the time. All day,last thing before I go to bed. First thing when I get up. But in my case I'm referring to my Bank Manager - and I'm a strictly hetero male! So the answer is No, it doesn't mean love... dread, more like!

I somehow doubt that it is love. At the moment you may feel like it is, you think bout him all the time, you may feel like your whole world revolves around him. But ive been thru it, and im sure others have. the second the next goodlooking guy comes on the scene you'll be thinking about him 24/7 too. Its more likely to be lust, you want that kinda attention and thinking about it kinda makes you feel better. Your imgining a relationship taht doesnt exist!!!

You are if you let yourself. Don't hold back or be scared to admitting it to yourself. Only you know how you feel deep down. Everything does and feel different things while in love. You wouldnt be asking this question if you're not in love.
