He looks like a benji dog, if you've ever seen the movie Benji. He's a salt and pepper color. I found him a long time ago under my car in the dead of winter. He's getting over his illness and i will need some medicine. But I need to know what breed he is. Anyone know?

Hello,
Benji was a mixed breed Owner-creator of the show Benji Joe Camp believes there might be some Tibetan Terrier, and perhaps a bit of spaniel because she spreads out on the floor like a bear rug with her back legs splayed out behind her, a trait of spaniels.
I hope this helps

sounds like a scnauzer mix. you will need to visit a vet for a complete health check and preventive medicine routine. dogs can carry many illnesses without ever showing a symptom so be sure to get him to a vet. good luck.

It is hard to tell, one thing for sure, it is a mixed breed dog, or a Mutt. I am quite sure that even a vet is going to tell you that as well. Good luck, I love animals.

Your vet doesn't need to know the breed of your dog to give meds...he just needs to know its weight and size. Your dog is a mutt, but probably has terrier in him from the sounds of it.

Great that you took the dog it RESPECT to you, if you take it to a vet and tell them that you have found this dog and you are willing to give it a good home,,, they will check it out for you and do it for free. They will tell you what kind of dog it is. Wish you luck
