I have a laptop computer which I have downloaded music from the internet. Iam having trouble getting the music onto my mobile phone I have the correct USB lead, and the software is on. My laptop uses XP home edition.

The mobile is new so should be compatable?
Can anyone give any advise to solve this Thanks

usb cord to connect, dag and drop, bluetooth, wireless network, wi-fi-, satellite, i tunes, or you can just stick it in.

Dont your phone come with a manual?

your new phone should have come with software, usually on a cd, that would help.if there isnt try contacting the manufacturer directly.customer service numbers are usually with the phone.be causious with the advice from the call centre staff that you get though.i worked in the mobile phone industry for 3 years and sometimes call centre staff are useless/brainless/cant be bothered/rude etc etc.if you feel your getting nowhere, hang up and redial.the next guy might be a diamond.

If the format is compatible you should be able to drag and drop the file into the music folder on yer phone(if you have a memory card that is)

get a bluetooth dongle its much easier!
