A good life has nothing to do with it.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Not of works lest any man should boast." KJV
Would we want to get to heaven and hear everyone telling what wonderful things they did to get there? NO, and neither does God. He wants to hear what a loving gracious God He is to send His son to die for us to save us from damnation.

until joining with the God force
from that new spirit/souls are born
