I wish I knew an infallible answer to that dilemma, as I'm in the same position myself.
My initial recommendation though is to make sure that she knows in no uncertain terms what your feelings are, and if you're TOTALLY and UTTERLY serious about her (i.e. nobody else will do) then make sure she knows that you're not going to give up. Demonstrate utter dedication, though try not to annoy her. It may also help to keep an eye on what kind of people she IS attracted to, and what about them gets her attention, and seek to subtley integrate such things into your own mannerisms.
If you stick at it long enough, I imagine it can only come to one of two conclusions: She will either relent and agree to try things with you, possibly coming around to your way of thinking / feeling ...... or on the flipside you may completely drive her away. Its a bit of a gamble, but unless you fight her perceptions of you being merely a friend then you'll stay that way until you end up drifting apart...
... and thats no good to anyone.
Just hang in there and keep trying... provided you're serious.
If you're not so fussed though, then I'd recommend going after someone else. Its not as if there is a shortage of women out there... just a shortage of next-best-thing-to-perfect women...

depends to what extent she likes u..personally i think if u guys hav reached a sort of will n grace relationship or somethin like dat...dnt make her like u in another way cus uv reached a level of trust n shell think uv betrayed her..n u where friends just bcus of dat..nyway good luck..
