If you are polite and/or talk to more than one person, then it is:
"zdraveyte", with the emphasis on the "ey". (This "ey", however is pronounced as "ay" is pronounced in "hay").
If it's colloquial like "hi", then you can say: "zdrasti, with an emphasis on "a".
PS. I know the consonant cluster is a nightmare :)
