i'm into weight training ,i'm a total vegetarian,so i need extra protein

Tofu, or try the morning star "meats". They are very good, and they are 100% vegetarian, and now abunch of it is going 100% vegan also. Also Smart Source (i think) is also good!

Soy is a good protein. Also tofu and Quorn. If you are weight training you can buy protein powder to make shakes.
Be careful though I used to be vegetarian and was heavily into weight training. I began to feel very weak and was told by a biologist that I needed to eat fish. So I did and that helped a lot. Fish is full of protein.

peanut butter actually pretty much all nuts are a source of protein

Lot of milk, Nuts like almonds, Cashew, peanuts etc.
