Is Lewis Farakan's NATION OF ISLAM a respected member within the worldwide groups of Muslims?
This is the type question that could probably with answered with a yes or no, and how you came to this conclusion without a lot of racial slurs and name calling, ya think? Huh, maybe?

Hard not to "name call" when their entire ministry is predicated on racism, i. e., blame the White Devil's.
The fundies will lopp their heads off quicker than my Christian one as the Nation blasphemies true Islam.

Yes and amoung some Jews and Christians.

If the USA System would have been true to its Declaration of Independence with regard to the treatment of All Humans, the Nation of Islam would have been a different organization with a different agenda. It is the unfair treatment of Humans by the system of government that created, David Allen, Harriet Beecher Stowe, John Brown, Mark Twain, Fredrick Douglas, B.T Washington, W.E.B. DuBois, Marcus Garvey, Ida B. Welles, Jane Addams, M.L. King, etc. It also created Eligiah Poole & Eligiah Muhammed, Malcom Little & Malcom X & Malik El Shabazz Al Haj. Through its indecency that system created the Civil Rights Movement, Niagra Movement, SCLC, SNCC, CORE, Black Panther Party, SDS,YIP, Grey Panther Party, Sufforage Movement, etc. Their crowning achievment is the creation of the Nation of Islam. Thank the USA system of opression for creating th Nation of Islam.

I believe Lewis Farakans Nation of Islam is a failure in religious terms, not so much politically or culturally as it binds people together in a form of unity.

Ever since Elijah Muhammad claimed he was a messenger (prophet?) of God, he pretty much threw himself overboard the Islamic boat.

Its one of the main points made by Islam that God has already sent his final messenger and the coming of Jesus Christ does not in anyway signify the coming of a new religion as Jesus will support the beliefs practiced by Muslims in One God.

So why Elijah Muhammad ever bothered to claim such a thing is mind boggling, he could not have been a true muslim and the people who follow him are not following a man who knew what hes talking about.

they are no longer an identical. Islam is the authentic faith and usa of Islam is heresy. The usa of islam does no longer even worship the authentic GOD. they suspect allah to be Wali Farad that existed around 1920. Allah became by no ability incarnate as a guy. Nor will HE ever decide for to. in an effort to respond to your question, no. Islam is the authentic faith and the rustic of islam is invented by ability of the covets of mankind. As is maximum different religions. they are no longer an identical nor worship an identical undertaking. Malcom X became a genuine muslim. yet no longer till at last later. purely till at last after he took his pilgramage to mecca and got here decrease back to the states. that's whilst he ultimately realised what they have been coaching him have been completely incorrect. Then he began to teach the actual faith of islam and that they murderd him for that. a genuine martyre. Peace Be Upon Him.

Thank you for this question.

If you read the basic beliefs of the NOI you will find that they in no way resemble to basic tenets of Islam. There are too many differences for me to go into them here.

However, many people in NOI convert to mainstream Islam. Farakkhan himself has a good relationship with many Sheikhs and Imams in mainstream Islam.

And Allah knows best.

Peace and Blessings,

Salim
