there is too much oxygen and less carbon dioxide in your body caused by excessive inhaling, and exhalation. this is one side effect if your blood becomes too alkaline or too much oxygen and less carbon dioxide.
Dizziness is one signal from the brain that there is something wrong in your body... in you need to work it out...:)

Blowing into a balloon creates a positive pressure that your are exhaling into. This raises the amount of oxygen dissolved in your blood and causes a mild "oxygen jag" which causes you to feel dizzy. Positive pressure is used in people with breathing problems to raise the amount of oxygen that they can use.

you feel dizzy as you are sending oxygen to the muscles that you require and not the brain (lack of oxygen to brian)
