What are some things a guy can do for his honey that just straight up impresses her. Nice gestures if you will.

For me, its the little things that seem to matter most and leave a lasting impression. Maybe that's just me. But I guess just be original in whatever you do. Or maybe even, try the little things. Since those small gestures are looked over by men so many times, and are never done, they seem to have greater effect on me, since I never thought he'd remember to do something like that. My boyfriend comes to school one day and just randomly hands me a card and says "I love you", it was just for no reason at all, and I couldn't stop thinking about him all day.

Advertising companies would have us believe that in order to impress someone you need to buy their product.
Not so...
The best way to impress someone is very simply to be yourself. Believe in yourself. Be the best you that is possible.
Think about what would impress you as a gesture of love, then do it for her with confidence.

do some background work for this one, but it wins everytime: ask around(her friends,family) and get to know more about her- ancient memories,cute stories,what she liked to dream about as a child........and design a gift around that.....its not always just the thought the counts- its the thoughtfullness of the gift-expensive things shell use up or tire of-because expensive things are like fads, replaceable......but memories,well we hold dearly on to them even when were ready to go.......try it out- i personally guarantee it! :)

Screw taking her out and the flowers... Cook your own meal for her from scratch. A guy that can cook is super sexy in my book!

All women like flowers, cards... ( well, romantic stuff).

make her feel special all the time. make her day everyday even if its doing anything simple such as telling her you love her or helping her get lunch etc. it doesnt have to be extravagent.
