I use to be afraid of rain because i was scared it would bring a thunderstorm and I was deadly scared of thunderstorms because i never knew what would come out of it. I got over this fear by learning about weather I took some classes. I learned how to read weather maps online so i myself could predict what might happen before it really happened. I noticed my fear of storms got less and less now im enjoy the storms. I sit outside and watch the lightning I have even join a group of tornado chasers. My advice to you would be education learn about storms and how to tell what might happen it will put you mind and ease when the next one comes around.
