Chilli Gobi

1 kg of small pieces of cauliflower
200 gms Ginger cut into small pieces
300gms Garlic cut into small pieces
Coriander leaves
1 Onions cut into long pieces
All purpose flour - 200 gms
Egg - 1
Bell pepper - 1 cut into small pieces
chilli powder, salt, black pepper to taste
Vinegar - 5 tablespoons
Green chillies - 10 cut into small pieces

Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste. Add the cauliflower to the paste and let it for 45 minutes Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces, cut green chillies.Add the vinegar Add the fried cauliflower pieces to the boiling mixture.

Pav Bhaji bread is what is sold in bakerys as Pav. Its the Indian cousin of the dinner roll.

9) Agin-o- motto - a pinch

10) chilli powder, salt, black pepper to taste

11) Vinegar - 5 tablespoons

12) Green chillies - 10 cut into small pieces



Preparation:

1) Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste.

2) Add the cauliflower to the paste and let it for 45 minutes

3) Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower

4) Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces, cut green chillies.

5)Add the vinegar

6) Add the fried cauliflower pieces to the boiling mixture.

7) Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves.

Take a nice large cauliflower wash and dry it but don't cut it and leave the stem long and intact. Now put the flower end down into a wok of hot oil and brown slightly remove drain the oil off . Next take a small bowl and mix nicely 1 spoon coriander powder, half spoon chlii powder, half spoon dried mango powder quarter spoon garam masala and salt to taste plus a dash of haldi smear this mixture all over the cauliflower head nicely. Now put a little water in the bottom of your pressure cooker and sit the stem of the cauliflower down in a katori in the pressure cooker put the lid on and steam about 3 or 4 whistles depends on the size of the cauliflower. The bread used for pao bhaji are rolls long ones are best like a hot dog bun.

Easy Chilli Gobi

Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 no
(separated into small florets)
Onions - 3 nos
(sliced thin and long
Green chillies - 2 - 3 nos
(cut into two lengthwise)
Chilli sauce
Gram flour(Kadala podi) - As reqd
Chilly powder - As reqd
Asafoetida(Kayam) - A pinch
Salt - As reqd
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation Method
1)Mix together gram flour, little chilly powder, salt, a pinch of asafoetida and make a thick batter.

2)Dip the florets into it and deep fry in oil. Keep the aside.

3)Heat a little oil in a frying pan.

4)Add onions and green chillies and saute, till the onions turn into light golden brown.

5)Add chilli sauce and saute for 2 mins.

6)Add the fried florets and mix well.
