VERY.....
THE FOOD COMPANIES ARE AFTER MONEY> THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU..
use google to find more information there is to much for me to list. You will be horrified what they are feeding us. All the chemicals they put in food. The companys who make these chemicals are also the ones who pay for the tests to be done to see if they are safe.. Just search and you will see
The food and drug admin are paid by the companys. Dont be naive. And not every thing on earth is bad for you that is just a line to make people not care...

Some people are more sensitive to Aspartame than others. I am one of them. Diet Coca-Cola drinks cause me to feel depressed. I'm 100% healthy beyond that - kinda odd.
Here are a couple websites I had bookmarked:
http://www.mercola.com/article/aspartame/dangers.htm
http://www.curezone.com/foods/aspartame.html
Again - the jury's out on whether YOU will have a problem with it - but some people don't do well with the phenylalanine - hence the warning on the label.

I think diet soda is the reason America has such a problem with obesity. I never drink it since they changed from regular sugar to that fake sugar gunk (even in unsweetened--look at the label). Just google the word "aspartaime" for more info.

Too much of them can be bad for your health. The artificial sweeteners contain sodium and other things that are no good for us. I know people who have fluid retention and headaches when they drink diet soda. These are side effects of the chemicals in the artificial sweeteners.

They sure are. We've gone back to regular soda and drinks - because at least we can control the sugar, and don't have to deal with the additives and extra risk.

There has always been stories out there that it increases the risk of cancer. And i think where its possible if you can avoid artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives then you will be all the better for it. I know its not much but i hope it helps :)

It's a chemical, rather than natural product, so likely to be bad for you.

The Food and Drug Administration doesn't think so or they would take it off the market.
