Why don't you translate it by using Translator

On-line language translators can only translate if the language is actually in its proper alphabet and writing....
For languages that do not use our alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew....etc...) you need to download and enable Microsoft Language Support. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/177561

to alter the encoding, after viewing the message, click on the "extra movements" button which you will discover on the precise, then factor at "Set Encoding", and there you need to replace the encoding of the message. attempt Unicode (UTF-8) or Arabic.
