and getting sacr [streach marks] please give me a solution, and suggest me any cream to apply on it and what kind of exisise i can do. to get my normal figur, please give me usefull answer, i will be thank full to them.

Doc must have forgotten inside say... gloves!
Just jokeing get a medical ckeck done, x-ray etc. A doc can tell better.

Have an x ray to see what is inside. If it is only fat then do sit ups.
